All packages include accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch on the mountain, dinner), expert guiding, snowcat or lift access, safety equipment (transceiver, probe, shovel), and emergency support. Premium and Ultimate packages also include airport transfers and equipment rental.

Flights to/from Georgia, travel insurance (required), personal ski equipment (unless Ultimate package), alcoholic beverages, and tips for guides are not included in the package price.

For catskiing, regular alpine skis or snowboards work fine. For ski touring expeditions, we recommend touring skis with skins, but we also offer rental equipment. Contact us for rental rates and recommendations.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before the trip start date. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% refund or full credit for a future booking. In case of Force Majeure, we'll work with you to reschedule.

For catskiing: comfortable skiing off-piste (blue/black runs). For ski touring: intermediate+ level with good physical fitness. We offer Pre-Heliski packages for those wanting to improve their skills before more challenging adventures.
